Refund policy

At Nexjer, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.


Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date the last item in your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be returned in their original condition.

  • Include the original tags and packaging whenever reasonably possible.

  • Not show signs of washing, alteration, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This statutory right is separate from and does not affect our voluntary 30-day return policy.


How to Request a Return

If your order is eligible, you may request a return by:

  • Submitting a return request through your customer account or order page; or

  • Contacting our Customer Support team at contact@nexjer.com.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send any items without prior return authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


Size Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you may request an exchange through your customer account or by contacting contact@nexjer.com.

If the requested size is available, we will gladly arrange the exchange.

  • If the incorrect size was selected when placing the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If we shipped a different size than the one ordered, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, including any applicable shipping costs.

This exchange policy does not affect any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item.

  • Photos of the shipping packaging.

  • Photos of the shipping label.

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A free replacement;

  • A full refund; or

  • Another appropriate resolution.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Products returned in a used, washed, altered, or damaged condition caused by the customer.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been fulfilled (shipped).

Customers may submit a cancellation request through their customer account or by contacting contact@nexjer.com.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If eligible, customers may instead request a return in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.


Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned items have been received and verified to meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy.


Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
