Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping fees may occur.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping packaging

  • The shipping label

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately from different warehouses.

If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Delivery Responsibility

Once the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe a delivery has been made incorrectly, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.
